What if that person doesn’t know that the boat is drowning in the first place?

They see everyone jumping out one by one, but they can't seem to wrap their head around it!

"Why is everyone leaving? Where are they going? Should I leave too? Maybe not, this is my baby. I've built it!"

This is what happens with a business owner/leader whose business/department is failing, and they can't look at the reality because they are in

 SHOCK and DEPRESSION because of what’s happening.

Everything was going great until I realized I had hit a wall. I felt stuck and wanted to go to the next level but felt unmotivated

tired and depressed.

I’m Chantay Golson, a Medical Provider and an Executive Burnout Recovery Coach.

I understand that not every day is the same. Sometimes, life happens and takes away things that you hold dear. It limits you in

your mindset and gives birth to reduced productivity, loss of wages, low product/service quality followed by a poor cash-flow,

Skip the lines and begin the journey of Executive Coaching for a 53 minute increment each with a paid booked appointment. The purpose of this time is to give Coach Chantay and team an opportunity to hear out the business owner's needs, help identify a plan of attack for solving their burnout problem and accomplishing their goals. This session provides intentional feedback regarding strategies, tools, support, and accountability that focuses on the who, what, when and how of resolving mental exhaustion problems.
